Mr Richard Cho
Richard has 30 years of involvement in the Defence industry. Richard has led and successfully executed bid campaigns in NATO nations: Poland, Norway, Finland, and Estonia. Richard successfully won major defence contracts in Australia, leading Redback and K9 campaigns as Managing Director of Hanwha Defence Australia.
Richard has captured in excess of $US 36Bn in domestic and international programs, largely for Korean companies.
Mr Bruce Hansen
Bruce has more than 45 years of experience in the Defence industry. He has worked for several Defence primes in various Project Management and Operational roles across Sonar Systems, Combat Systems, Simulation, Naval Platforms, and Land Systems. Bruce held senior roles at Thales Australia - General Manager Operations and Northrop Grumman - Director of Operations.
Bruce has recently completed 4 years with Hanwha Defence Australia, focusing on winning their two Programs (LAND400 and LAND8116) and establishing the business in Australia.
Rear Admiral Peter Marshall AM, RAN (Retd)
Peter served in the Navy for 33 years, including roles as the Chief Naval Engineer and Head of Maritime Systems, responsible for the sustainment of the Navy’s fleet. Since leaving the Navy, he has now had eight successful years delivering significantly improved business results as an executive and strategic consultant to Defence and related industries. He is Chairman of AMOG Consulting and has held several other directorships.
He is currently a member of the Lloyd's Register Australian Advisory Committee.
Mr Jim Bancroft
Jim Bancroft is currently serving as a Board Director and Senior Defence Ambassador for several talented Australian Defence technology and Renewable Energy companies. Jim retired from the Australian Army as a Colonel in 2004. Since then, Jim has worked to lead business growth at Saab Systems, Northrop Grumman Australia and Hanwha Defence Australia. Jim has deep experience across strategy, business capture, capability development, ICT, and materiel acquisition.
Mr Greg Hodge
Greg has worked in the Defence industry for more than 45 years. He has held roles as the Managing Director and CEO of several major Defence primes, including Forgacs Engineering, Serco and DMS Maritime.
Greg has exceptionally strong capabilities in shipbuilding and maritime sustainment, transformation and organisational reform, project performance and delivery, commercial details, tendering and delivering customer outcomes via industry. Greg is the current Chairman of the Lloyd's Register Australian Advisory Committee.
Mr Peter Croser
Peter is a Chartered Practising/Fellow Engineer and former naval officer who has worked in the Defence industry and the Australian Public Service for Defence, most recently leading the shipbuilding programs for nine of the Navy’s current ship acquisition programs. Previously a CEO and leader in high technology industries in Australia.
Mr Steve Paton
Steve is a business, project, and technology leader with extensive experience in management, bidding, project management, testing, evaluation, and leadership. Steve served in the Australian Army for 23 years, specialising in Defence Acquisition and Sustainment projects. Steve successfully led Hanwha Defence Australia’s bid for the Australian Army’s LAND 400 Phase 3 – Infantry Fighting Vehicle Program, $AU 8 Billion.
